Alex Davis is the founder and principal attorney of Omni Law P.C., a business and corporate transactional firm serving companies in nine states. Admitted to practice in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, he advises founders, private equity firms, investors, content creators, and executives on the transactions that define their businesses.
Alex’s practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, outside general counsel arrangements, business formation and structuring, and entertainment and media transactions. Recent work spans deal structuring and negotiation, acquisition due diligence, operating and shareholder agreements, and ongoing counsel for companies that need a legal department without hiring one.
Before founding Omni Law in 2020, Alex spent 8 years in-house in the media industry, serving as an executive at a major talent and literary agency and as a director of business and legal affairs at a film studio. He also served as counsel with a Beijing-based international law firm, advising on cross-border matters, and has held board seats at early-stage ventures.
